Our dedicated fertility care team incorporates a respected physician, embryologists, andrologist, IVF coordinator, Third Party Parenting coordinator, Patient Care coordinator, medical assistants, and administrative personnel. With staff members that have been with the practice for over 20 years, we are devoted in assisting you every step of the way along the path to fertility.
Lisa Greenacre, WHNP
Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Lisa has spent most of her career as a Nurse Practitioner in Infertility. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Northern Illinois University in 1983. She then moved to Arizona and attended Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Training at UCLA-Harbor Medical in Torrance, California. She completed her education with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2009. She is certified in Women’s Health as well as Infertility Nursing. Lisa started working in Infertility about 25 years ago and felt it was a perfect fit for her. She loves helping people achieve their dream of having children. Her compassionate and humorous approach to patient care helps to alleviate some of the stress associated with fertility testing and treatment. When not working Lisa enjoys spending time with her human family and canine family (2 dogs), dancing East Coast Swing and Lindy Hop, and studying meditation.
Marlane Angle, PhD, HCLD
Embryology Laboratory Director
Marlane Angle completed her PhD at Auburn University in Physiology and Immunology. After completing two NIH-sponsored postdoctoral fellowships in lipid biochemistry at medical schools in San Antonio and Dallas, Texas, she began her training in the IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) laboratory at the University of California San Francisco. Since then she has been the Laboratory Director for programs in California, Arizona, Nevada, Arkansas, New Mexico, North Carolina and Washington. She was certified as a High Complexity Lab Director in 1994 through the American Association of Bioanalysts. Currently, in addition to being the off-site lab director for five IVF programs, she also consults with a start-up program in California called Previvo Genetics and teaches embryology and directs student research in both the master’s and PhD programs at Eastern Virginia Medical School. In her minimal spare time she likes to travel with her husband of 32 years.
Mark Lapczynski, B.S.
Mark received his B.S. degree in Veterinary Science in 2014 from the University of Arizona in Tucson and joined the Troché Fertility Centers team three years ago. His expertise includes all laboratory techniques including cryopreservation and embryo biopsy. Mark enjoys mountain biking, Olympic lifting, and Crossfit when not in the laboratory.
Terri McWilliams runs our Andrology lab and has been with TFC for over 15 years.
She began her career as a Medical Assistant and then moved into her role as a Reproductive Technologist. She conducts the endocrine testing performed in house and processes the semen for IUI’s and semen analysis. When not in the lab, Terri loves to camp, travel, and spend time with her family.
Laura L. Troché, RNC
Third Party Parenting Coordinator and OSHA Coordinator
Laura Troché RNC is a Perinatal Clinical Nurse Specialist who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia in 1981 and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1995. She began working with Troché Fertility Centers since its creation and has functioned as an IVF Coordinator, Third Party Parenting Coordinator, Education and OSHA Coordinator. In 2005 she developed the Egg Donor Program at Troché Fertility Centers and has expanded it to include all Third Party Parenting options. She’s a member of the Association of Women’s Health Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses since 1980 and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. When not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and cooking.
Yvonne has been with TFC for nearly twenty years. She has in depth experience in many areas of TFC including the front and back office. She was promoted to the VF Coordinator position in January of 2019. She has had many years of experience coordinating for our Spanish speaking patients. As the IVF Coordinator, she instructs patients on the IVF cycle process and puts their cares at ease. She also conducts medication classes to instruct patients on the administration of fertility medications.
She has completed her prerequisites and plans to pursue her Registered Nurse degree in the future.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, movies shopping and is a Zumba enthusiast and instructor.

Nikki and Leah are a key part of our front office team and will be the voices you hear on the phone when you call TFC. In addition to a warm welcome with each visit, they will schedule appointments convenient for your schedule and quickly move you toward the next step.
TFC Medical Assistants
Christina and Jackie
Christina and Jackie, our Medical Assistants, round out the patient care team at TFC. They assist Dr. Troché in providing expert care and ensuring the clinic is efficiently run. They’ll be with you at each appointment and during all procedures.
Christina Canales – Cristina is TFC Lead Medical Assistant. She takes great care to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. Cristina graduated from Bryman Mackie College in 2013. She worked in the field of Urology before joining TFC. She loves to laugh and is full of energy. She is also bilingual in Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her 11 siblings.
Jackie Gomez- Jackie attended Medical Assisting training in 2002 at Bryman College in Los Angeles.
She was the sole Medical Assistant for a gynecologist in the Los Angeles area for 6 years. She is Bilingual in Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 1 fur baby.
